Dear Friend of the Concorso,

There are only a few weeks now to the weekend we’re all looking forward to. From 19th to 21st May 2023, Cernobbio on the shores of Lake Como will once again be transformed into the fabulous showcase of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. More than 50 carefully curated examples of the most elegant Historic Cars from all over the world will enter the contest to find the most beautiful of them all. Once again, a weekend awaits us with exciting, exceptionally multifaceted automobile culture and intense passion.

While the participants in the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este will compete for the Coppa d’Oro on Saturday 20th May 2023 in the grounds of Villa d’Este, we have pleasure in inviting you to the parkland of Villa Erba between 10.00 and 15.00 for Wheels & Weißwürscht, as we like to call this programme – or Amici & Automobili. We were delighted by the positive response to its premiere last year. Now we are throwing open the gates of Villa Erba to all passionate automobile fans for a second edition of this emphatically laid-back interpretation of the legendary Cars & Coffee events in the USA – with a distinct flavour of Bavarian epicurean style.

This day will see the international Car Community meet up for a sparkling get-together in the park of Villa Erba. This diary date is coming to be a highpoint in the year for a host of clubs that treasure historic vehicles. Around 120 club vehicles and 20 motorcycles of different brands will await you. There are also special exhibitions on the topics “100 Years Le Mans” and “Past & Present”. You will be able to experience lots of exciting innovations in a dedicated premiere zone. We have made some great arrangements for music and Chill Areas, and food trucks will be offering a wide variety of food and delicacies – naturally enough with Weißwürscht included (by the way, Weißwürscht are traditional Bavarian veal sausages)!

Entrance to Wheels & Weißwürscht is free of charge, but you need an entry ticket to gain access. You can reserve tickets from our partner ticketone by clicking on this link. A small administrative fee of three euros is charged. We have put together a number of tips and instructions for a smooth trip to the venue and the parking opportunities available nearby.
